3. Surveillance van equipment, two way communications             NO CHARGE

5. Tolls-Parking-Telephone-Faxing & Typing Pass Through Expense
6. Video tape of activities, copying film, processing Per case
            (Depending on the quantity of the results.)
7. Court Appearances for testimony or deposition $500.00/day minimum
            (Fee must be pre-paid 7 days in advance)  
8. Database Searches Varies per request
9. Special Process Service ** (See below) 2 attempts- Chicago $45.00
             2 attempts- Suburbs $55.00
10. Electronic Tracking $350.00/day
11. Executive Protection (Armed) $65.00/hour

12. Special Equipment Rentals (Such as In-house Surveillance Cameras)

Special Notes

General investigative services include subrogation, statement taking (foreign languages included), site/accident and environmental investigations. Other investigative services or surveillance services requiring unique equipment (such as night vision equipment) will be quoted on a per case basis.

* Commencing from and concluding at the Chicagoland Detective Services, Inc. office in Chicago.
** Cost reduced based on volume. Any unusual or additional expenses will be discussed with client first if possible. In the event it is not possible to discuss charges in advance with the client, they will be charged as incurred as being reasonable and necessary at the discretion of the investigator. All prices subject to change without notice. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, and Discover.
